What would a holiday be without pampering yourself with culinary delights and getting a taste of fresh, local delicacies? In the Rieser, we take you on a culinary journey throughout the day: After an extensive breakfast buffet, you can enjoy some light dishes, fresh salads and soups at lunch, before indulging in a five-course gourmet dinner in the evening. You can look forward to traditional dishes and the innovative creations of our chef, who always places great value on regional ingredients.

Feasting from morning to night

NEW! Selected drinks at our new beverage stations from 6 am to 6 pm included (for self-service): Still and sparkling mountain spring water, selection of fruit juices as well as tea, coffee specialities and hot chocolate.
Sumptuous breakfast buffet: from the corner with healthy products to show cooking, you will find all the ingredients needed for a perfect start of the day. From 7:30 am to 10 am
Delicious lunch: light salads, a wonderful soup, a hot meal prepared before your eyes and a dessert from the buffet. From 12:30 to 2 pm.
Sweet temptations: homemade cakes in the lobby and in the winter garden. From 3:30 to 5 pm.
Sublime dinner: 5-course gourmet menu and large salad buffet.
All day long: tea, spring water and fresh apples in the spa.
