Think pink! Yoga is a relaxation technique that focuses on the power of positive thinking. Yoga exercises promote correct body posture. Not only your muscles, but the entire body and the mind are strengthened. Yoga helps in cases of sleeplessness, anxiety, stress, emotional tension and nervousness. We would love to give you an introduction to this technique. You will learn to distance yourself from the outside world and gain access to your inner self. A technique that will help you relax in your daily life and gather new energy.
Meditation is derived from the Latin word "meditatio" (to ponder, to think hard). In general, meditation includes techniques suitable for everybody to generate a state of mind that is different from one's normal, daily consciousness. Already after some attempts you will be able to relax your body and find your inner centre. Regular meditation exercises improve the fitness of the body and the mind and help achieve inner peace as well as physical and mental balance.
Your body feeling in water is something very special. You feel light and relaxed – the wonderful feeling of floating. Water exercises use this lightness and minimal strength to carry out a comprehensive activity and fitness programme. Each Aqua Gym unit consists of exercises that train the respiration and circulation, strengthen the muscles and stretch the body.
